Back To Basics

With any sales, getting back to basics is key to success. As a salesperson, please remember the customer/client needs you a lot more than you need them.

So when starting your career, create a plan to provide the highest level of service and do the little things that will make your customer/client want to do business with  you and give you referrals.

Getting back to basics includes making the commitment to do anything needed to make a smooth transaction for your customer/client.

For example, I know salespeople who actually help their customers/clients move when they have closed a property.
